The habits worth watching for are borrowing to play, playing longer than you planned, and raising stakes to win back what the last session cost. Deposit and loss limits sit in the account settings at all nine casinos we review. Set them on day one, not after a bad week: a reduction takes effect immediately, while a request to raise one is held back for a cooling-off period. Self-exclusion locks the account for a fixed term and cannot be reversed early.
